This frontend demonstration does not submit form data to a server, create accounts, upload documents or perform credit checks. Entries remain in page memory until navigation or refresh. The hosting provider may process standard delivery logs under its own policies.

Before launch, replace this section with the actual categories of information collected, purposes of processing, lawful basis, consent approach, retention periods and service providers. These details have not yet been established.
3. Your choices and requests
A production policy must describe applicable access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal and complaint procedures. No real account records exist in this demonstration.
