The intended approach is to explain product features, pricing, fees, repayment responsibilities and next steps in accessible language before a customer makes a commitment.
2. Responsible presentation
This prototype makes no guarantee of approval, disbursal speed, lowest pricing or regulatory status. Mock figures and results must remain labelled as examples.
3. Treatment and support
A live framework should define fair treatment, communication standards, support access, grievance handling and any applicable collection practices. No collection activity occurs in this demo.
4. Required replacement
Before launch, the actual legal entity and lending partners must approve an operative policy that reflects their activities and applicable requirements. This draft does not assert compliance or registration.
